Our client is a Global infrastructure, projects and engineering business, they have a significant foot print in the UK FM market and have a reputation for innovation and technology. They have experienced major growth in the last 5 years and are widely regarded as a top tier out sourcing organisation.
Your new role
As part of a new contract win we are recruiting for an Account Director to look after a prestigious London landmark site. You will be responsible for a number of key areas, including
- Financial and commercial management of a large P&L and budget
- Leading a large TFM service team
- Identifying commercial opportunities through project works and infrastructure upgrades
- Working with multiple stakeholders to build solid and long-term relationships
- Using MI, data & analytics to drive service improvements and performance
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a senior level Account Lead, you must have experience of running and delivering TFM at a senior level. A background within complex, listed or historic environments would be an advantage.
The ability to use data and technology is a very important aspect of the role.
