We are pleased to be working with a well known FM and engineering services business, our customer is responsible for innovative and market leading FM delivery models. They deliver M&E, energy, project and high-end TFM services. They have a varied client base which includes Financial Institutions, Media, Technology and Government sector clients.
Your new role
We are recruiting for an Account Director to manage a portfolio of customers, day to day duties will include.
- Account management
- Contract development and developing stakeholder relationships
- Management of budgets and P&L
- Identifying commercial opportunities
- Maximising account and contract potential through client development
- Ensuring compliance with relevant contractual agreements
- Leadership, guidance and management of the management team
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to demonstrate an innovative and modern working capability and have delivered FM at a senior level. It is imperative you can communicate and present at a senior level. You must be commercially astute and be used to managing a P&L.
