We are pleased to be working with a global out sourcing business, our customer is responsible for innovative and market leading FM delivery models. They deliver M&E, energy, project and high-end TFM services. Their customers are global brands which include financial institutions, new media, technology and government sector clients.
Your new role
We are recruiting for an Account Director to manage a portfolio of customers, day to day duties will include.
- Account management
- Contract development and developing stakeholder relationships
- Management of budgets and P&L
- Identifying commercial opportunities
- Maximising account and contract potential through client development
- Ensuring compliance with relevant contractual agreements
- Leadership, guidance and management of the management team
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to demonstrate an innovative and modern working capability and have delivered FM at a senior level. It is imperative you can communicate and present at a senior level. You must be commercially astute and be used to managing a large P&L. A background managing hard FM would be advantageous.
