I am currently recruiting for an Account Coordinator to be based in Bolton
The role is on a 3 month FTC - working for a leading FM provider
Salary £18,000 - £19,500 - 37.5 hours per week
Engaging with customer representatives to ensure all relevant service request details have been captured and agreed
Interacting with our supplier partner help desk.
Analysis of customer representative’s requests, complaints.
Production of management information (MI).
The role can be split into 2 areas;
- Junior accountant / Administrator.
- Mailbox management / phone management.
- Managing suppliers – complaints.
- Budget Management (commercial or customer cost).
- Building up a relevant supplier list.
- Offering expertise within a specific waste area.
- Costing up/supplier price.
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications:
- Ability to use MS Office.
- Worked in a customer centric operational environment.
- Use of CAFM systems.
- Use of SAP or other finance systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship building.
- Commercial experience.
- Problem solving.
